Cutter Commitment
GO! Fabric Cutters
We guarantee our GO! Fabric Cutters will be delivered free from defects in material or workmanship.
For personal-use machines, our GO! Fabric Cutters include a one-year limited warranty (when used as directed). Customers can register their cutter under their AccuQuilt account and receive an additional six month warranty on the machine. Check out the instructions regarding product registration.
If you do experience a manufacturing defect within one year after purchase (+6 months if registered online), AccuQuilt will repair or replace the cutter at no charge. Improper use, excessive wear and tear caused by commercial use and/or damage caused by the user will void the warranty. This warranty covers only the cutting unit — not mats or dies.

Cutters Purchased from AccuQuilt Direct
- If purchased from AccuQuilt, please contact a member of our Customer Experience team. AccuQuilt will repair or replace the cutter. GO! Cutters under warranty can be shipped with a prepaid return label your Customer Experience Advocate will send you. AccuQuilt will cover the costs of shipping for cutters under warranty. GO! Cutters will be repaired or replaced within 20-30 business days.

Cutters Purchased at Retail Locations or through 3rd Party Vendors (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- To receive a replacement unit, return the cutter to the retail location or 3rd Party Vendor where it was originally purchased. Find your closest retailer here.
Studio Fabric Cutter
The AccuQuilt Studio Fabric Cutter includes a three-year limited warranty (when used as directed). If you experience a manufacturing defect within three years of purchase, please contact a member of our Customer Experience team. AccuQuilt will repair or replace the cutter. Studio Cutters under warranty can be shipped with a prepaid return label your Customer Experience Advocate will send you. AccuQuilt will cover the costs of shipping for cutters under warranty. Studio Cutters will be repaired or replaced within 20-30 business days.

All GO! and Studio fabric cutting dies are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for one-year. If you have a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Experience team, and they will work with you to ensure satisfaction with our products.
